Project Description

Fallon Weatherspoon

Fallon Weatherspoon is a licensed social worker who earned her Master’s Degree in Health Care and Advanced Clinical Social Work at Aurora University. She loves connecting with people and providing support during their most stressful times, and she values being someone who people feel like they can reach out to and trust.
She decided to become a therapist after noticing the need for clinicians of diverse BIPOC backgrounds, having always struggled with the fact that there were not many people in helping positions who look like her. Ultimately, she believes it’s a blessing to be a blessing to other people.
Fallon understands that therapy can be challenging but rewarding, so she always pushes her guests to be as empathetic with themselves as she is with them. Her ideal guest is someone who is open, honest, and ready to put in hard work. Many of her guests are persons stuck at a major life crossroads, some stuck in their head with worries, some wrestling with body stuff, and others ready to take action in life after so much uncertainty.
Previously, Fallon worked in inpatient, outpatient, and community mental health with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorders as well as many life stressors. At Willis CC, she’s looking forward to working with guests who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, trauma, eating disorders, relationships, and every-day life stressors. She’s most experienced with treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
In her spare time, Fallon loves to read, listen to music, spend time with loved ones, work out, and do DIY projects. She also loves calligraphy-imagine how amazing her own name must read in her ink! Her quote to live by is, “Nothing changes, if nothing changes.”

Fallon is currently accepting new guests via telehealth and at our Wicker Park and Naperville studios.
