Arushi Bhardwaj, LCPC
Arushi Bhardwaj received her Masters in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Arushi spent most of her life in the Chicagoland area & looks forward to giving back to the community that raised her. She is a well-rounded clinician who has experience working with substance abuse, domestic violence, and life change. Her specialities include work with parents who need coaching and families seeking support for their children on the Autism spectrum.
Arushi’s approach is to view each guest holistically & individually, understanding that we can all go through similar situations but experience them differently. She believes that therapy may look different from guest to guest, but we can all benefit from the extra support. Currently, she is open to offering support to adults and students.
All therapy starts with collaboration at its core. Once established, Arushi then typically uses motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT & psychoeducation in providing direction & support. Her previous experience includes working with anxiety, depression, life transition, trauma, domestic violence & multicultural issues.
When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and her family, reading, hiking, and finding new things to enjoy about Chicago. She is currently accepting new guests at our Naperville and Wicker Park studios.
